It is very important you read the following:
We deliver larger orders with vehicles fitted with tail-lifts to avoid manual unloading. Most of our materials are delivered on pallets or in crates and when possible we will place in a convenient position such as a driveway etc. subject to reasonable access. When unloaded from the vehicle pallets can only be transported over areas of hard-standing (e.g. concrete or tarmac) and not gravel / rubble.
Delivery Charges
Delivery of full pallets is free of charge. Delivery of smaller quantities is subject to a charge dependent on postal area. Please ask for details.
Delivery Lead Time
Standard delivery is 48 hours for an order received before 3pm. Delivery in 24 hours is available on request, at an additional cost of £15.00. Timed delivery or weekend delivery is available on request (at extra cost).
Most of our products are supplied from stock and therefore picking and packing of your order is likely to commence within minutes of receiving your order. Our carrier will depart our warehouse with your order at 4pm. Therefore any order received after 3pm may be subject to an additional 24 hours delivery lead time.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
Orders dispatched to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are usually despatched to the nearest UK mainland port from where it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection. Delivery to customer’s premises can be arranged on request (at extra cost).
